Caffe Fantasico’s goal was to promote their retail merchandise for the holiday season.
I created a multi-platform campaign that promoted their 3 locations, retail merchandise, special holiday blend, and the cafe menu to three different platforms.
The sales from their holiday blend raised over 75,000 for Habitat for Humanity, which was a 25,000 increase from last year.
As a part of my job I responded to positive and negative Google reviews and tripadvisor reviews.
